February short, update short.
The MNT Quasar Processor Module (with Qualcomm Snapdragon QCS6490) is coming along well and has reached the beta state. This means that either all features work as planned, or that we've identified little bugs in the circuit that Lucie is going to fix in the upcoming revision. Casey from Linaro got Linux running experimentally on the EL2 Security State on MNT Pocket Reform with Quasar/QCS6490, exiting Qualcomm's Gunyah hypervisor. This is especially interesting for people who want to run virtual machines on the platform.
In the previous update, we introduced a new keyboard version 2.0 that features an upgraded microcontroller (RP2040 to RP2350). It will take some time to get this into production, so Lucie designed another version that we now call version 1.5. Due to an improved PCB layout and component choices around the RP2040 chip, It's more stable than the initial release. We'll offer the new keyboard module soon, including a version without keyswitches for people who want to solder in their own switches, like Lucie did with their personal keyboard featuring Kailh Choc Sunset switches:
This keyboard will come to our online shop soon and will be offered in three configurations:
We're also planning to offer this ortholinear mini keyboard with a case but it will still be some time.
Back in Fall 2025, we had a mini campaign over on Crowd Supply that featured version 2.0 of our RCORE with RK3588 processor module for MNT Reform and MNT Pocket Reform. (also compatible with MNT Reform Next) The first batch is almost ready to ship and will leave our premises next week!
You may have heard of the MNT Desktop Reform before--our multiple-use-cases product that can be your desktop computer, homelab, or (mounted on a wall) an edge device/router. This machine is now called MNT Station and we're currently in talks with Crowd Supply on offering it as part of a mini campaign.
The prelaunch page is waiting for review but should be up in a few days. We'll let you know via news update as usual! If you're more of a real-time person, keep an eye out on Lucie's Fediverse account--they're usually the first to post about it.
We're a little behind on Pocket Reform and Classic Reform orders and we're sorry for the delays. Lucie's been working on updated versions of various PCBs to improve our devices' stability while also juggling multiple other projects that are connected to NLnet fundings and Mouser orders. We've also been working on improving internal structures to reduce the waiting periods. Many parts are now in production again and we hope to be able to ship your orders soon!
Here's the updated order fulfillment table for you to track our progress on your orders:

You can also access this table on our FAQ page and in our support system under the category My Order. We aim to update it at least once a month. Note that we have no information about orders placed on Crowd Supply and Mouser. Please contact their customer support if you need information.
We launched new versions of the RCORE with RK3588 processor module:
These are available as upgrade kits as well as built-in versions of MNT Reform and MNT Pocket Reform.
Lucie will take part in a panel discussion on intellectual property vs. circular economy, hosted by Germanwatch. If you understand German and want to listen in, you can register here. The discussion starts at 15:30 CET on March 5th, 2026 and is free of charge.
