casparvitchjosch: the instructions @ reform.debian.net look great, and I don't see any issues there (for my recently arrived pocket reform). Do you have any recommendations that aren't in there or any notes? Cheers and thanks for your labour :)03:30

joschcasparvitch: what kind of recommendations?06:59
joschdefinitely always eat your veggies! :)06:59
casparvitchHa! I eat nothing but. IDK just thought I'd ask in case there were any footguns07:01
casparvitchWould you recommend against installing a sep. home partition for e.g.?07:01
- plomtest (QUIT: Ping timeout: 252 seconds) (~plomtest@user/plomtest)07:03
joschcasparvitch: a separate /home should be harmless *if* you do not order it before the /boot partition07:06
casparvitchyep gotcha07:07
joschcasparvitch: there certainly are tons of things that are not written down there. I mean MNT is filling a whole handbook with information and it is still missing things.07:07
casparvitchYeah no worries, I'll have a crack and see how I go07:07
casparvitch(thanks)07:12
joschcasparvitch: you know where to ask when you run into issues :)07:13

joschminute: I can confirm a massive improvement regarding the usb ports of motherboard 3.0. Remember the DVD drive which would need to be connected to all 3 usb ports of my reform before it starts to work (using Y-cables) and if i plug the cables in in the wrong order it's even possible to completely kill my reform? With motherboard 3.0, a single usb cable is enough to power the same usb dvd drive! wow :D20:19
spewwhen I have the external keyboard plugged in, the mouse jumps around (teleports) seemingly randomly, has anyone seen this issue before?20:37

joschmhoye: yes, it's the same case23:21
mhoyeWell, that's me heading over to crowdsupply then.23:28
