dustfingerI am in the process of installing my wifi card molex antenna. Do I just press the metal antenna connectors to the wifi card sockets? I have them oriented vertically, but I cant seem to get them to snap into place. Am I right to think that I should just press directly down on the antenna connectors and that they should eventually snap into place?22:08
dustfingerI finally got it to slip into place. All good!22:11

smjonce snapped in they should be able to rotate no problem22:18
smjif you ever have to remove them, just pry with a plastic tool straight up and they'll pop off.22:18

smoothduckWhen reinstalling the heatsink, it should be fairly tight to ensure good contact, yes? I'm asking because it seems that, when I re-installed and got it snug it's ever-so-slightly off center towards the side where it screws down (the "right")22:50
smoothduckprobably over thinking it, it seems fine.22:52
smoothduckAh, one of the spacers has a piece of plastic caught underneath it. All is well, now22:54
smoothduckmtm: without knowing anything more, the bus pirate may be helpful: https://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/Bus_Pirate23:02

mtmsmoothduck: looking for something to attach to my Reform for low-level hacking; the Bus Pirate looks interesting; I'm also considering the u-Link NT (http://usbjtag.com/jtagnt/ulinknt.php), but I just don't know much about these devices23:17
