vkoskivAre y'all using irssi or wechat or something else? I have the sneaking suspicion that I might prefer wechat, but I've used irssi for so long I've completely forgotten how I set it up.12:40
sigridirssi+tmux on a server12:41
mntmnvkoskiv: i'm personally using weechat as a relay/bouncer on my server and glowing-bear to connect to it12:42
mntmnvkoskiv: and Weechat-Android on my fairphone 12:42
vkoskivwhoops, yes. I meant *weechat*, not WeChat. Slight difference there.12:42
vkoskivI suspect one might be spyware! :O12:43
mntmn:D12:44
vkoskivI just have irssi running in screen on my webserver. I can ssh in and chat from everywhere, including my cellphone. Though tiny terminal text is a bit cumbersome on the phone.12:44
vkoskivUnrelated, but earlier this year I added cluster rendering support to my raytracer project, so I'll be able to offload the heavy processing for when I do development on it on my reform12:45
vkoskivI de'd some bugs last night in the protocol, it works okay now. I even tested that it worked all the way from pakistan to my home desktop, so it's fairly resilient. My first TCP thing, I think.12:45

ex-parrotI use irssi w/ ZNC though ZNC is a bit janky21:27
ex-parrotand I have used Palaver on a phone to connect to ZNC in the past over WireGuard21:28
bkeysCan you ssh or otherwise connect to the board controller on the reform?21:28
ex-parrotI think it's serial only21:35
bkeysDoes it have a shell at all? Is it running Linux or some kind of RTOS?21:46
mntmnbkeys: it is running a small C program21:53
mntmnbkeys: bare metal21:53
mntmnbkeys: the keyboard talks to it via simple one letter commands21:54
mntmnbkeys: this is the program https://source.mnt.re/reform/reform/-/blob/master/reform2-lpc-fw/src/boards/reform2/board_reform2.c21:55
